NEW YORK — A New York grand jury has voted to indict former President Donald J. Trump. This unprecedented move will mark the first time in history a US president will face criminal charges.

The charges most likely stem from a “hush money” payment from Trump to porn star Stormy Daniels back in 2016. Experts call the case against Trump “very weak.” Former Trump lawyer and Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz told Fox News, “I have never seen a case in my 60 years of practice which has so many holes in it…”
